The Jewel of the North Fork
A Mountain Bluebird rests at the top of golden grass, taking a brief respite from its mating display. When mating, the males will fly a few feet above the ground and hover for as long as they can to draw the attention of females.
Taken along the North Fork of the Shoshone river.
